WitPak Rate are non-negotiable and locked. Payment is due at the end of service or, if delayed, needs to be pre-approved before the run.

Mics Rates

$.50cpm - Deadhead over 500 Miles (won't be charged unless pre-approved)

$25/Hr. - Down Time after 2 Hrs. (Day rate after 6 Hrs.)

We do not offer Mini Rates; a Day Rate will apply.

Route Survey - Rate varies by State.
We do not accept delay pay. Payment for services is required at the end of services rendered. If delay pay is "required" it must be pre-approved by Hinton Enterprises Inc before the start of the run and can only be up to 10 days. Any time after 10 days, a 15% interest will be added to the invoice.
A $125 fee will be incurred if the contract for the pilot car is cancelled while escorting the load or with the load unless a day rate is being paid already
